Making a bold start to 2025, Dior Homme, under the creative direction of Kim Jones, has once again teamed up with Brooklyn-based artist KAWS for a limited edition capsule collection. Now that Kim Jones’ attention is 100% Dior Men’s post his departure as artistic director of haute couture, ready-to-wear and fur collections for women at Fendi, this collab is a fit way to move forward. Many may remember that at his first show for Dior in the summer of 2018, Jones had a 33-foot tall KAWS Pink BFF flower sculpture as the centrepiece in which the models walked around. So here we are once again, with the Dream Team back together.
The collection, launched in Dior stores on January 2nd, features jackets, shoes, hats, shirts, pants, bags, and accessories as part of its resort release. Kaws pays homage to his origins, coming up as a graffiti artist and skateboarder with the brand’s new chunky B35 NXXT sneaker silhouette in bold colours like neon yellow, red, pink and more.
