Get excited: The David Lynch Foundation’s Festival of Disruption is back!

Curated by Twin Peaks director David Lynch, the acclaimed filmmaker and artist has once again wrangled some of his coolest contacts for a weekend-long event filled with music and art performances, lectures, film screenings, art installations, and meditation workshops.

The second annual Festival of Disruption includes performances by TV on the Radio, The Kills, Laura Marling, and a rare solo set by Justin Vernon (aka Bon Iver). Moby and Obey clothing founder Shepard Fairey are scheduled to bang out DJ sets, and an exhibition of photographer William Eggelston’s work will be on display. Talks with Bill Pullman, Kristine McKenna, a handful of cast members from Twin Peaks, and the legendary artist Ed Ruscha are on the schedule along side film screenings of Lost Highway, Los Angeles Plays Itself, Don’t Look At Me and rare David Lynch shorts.

The Festival of Disruption will take place from October 14-15 at the Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale June 2 at 9am PST via the Festival of Disruption website and AXS tickets.

Proceeds will go to the David Lynch Foundation.
