For Schiaparelli’s Haute Couture Fall Winter 2026 collection, creative director Daniel Roseberry embraced the unknown. Titled The Call of the Void, the collection rejects creative formulas in favour of instinct, experimentation and the unexpected.
That philosophy came to life through a series of sculptural silhouettes crafted from unexpected materials. Traditional couture fabrics gave way to latex, silicone and sheets of baked paint, while painstaking techniques transformed these unconventional elements into dramatic gowns, tailored separates and intricate embellishments. A hyper realistic silicone bustier, weightless crinoline structures and garments adorned with real flowers and fish scales showcased the house’s ongoing commitment to pushing couture beyond convention.
Roseberry also reimagined Schiaparelli’s own design codes, treating the iconic jacket as an accessory rather than a statement piece and introducing a vibrant colour palette inspired by marine life and botanical landscapes. Accessories continued the surrealist narrative with sculptural Secret bags, metallic Bubble shoes and striking jewellery shaped like octopus tentacles, shells and sea anemones.
The collection ultimately serves as a tribute to the craftsmanship of the Schiaparelli ateliers, proving that couture’s greatest luxury lies not only in exceptional materials, but in the artistry and imagination of the hands that bring them to life.
