Cocktail Hour: Blackberry Noir

Blackberry Noir Cocktail

With those last summer days coming to a close we’re feeling a bit moody and a little bit stressed. There’s no better reward after a long day at work than a perfectly crafted cocktail you made yourself, amiright? This dark, moody, and rich blackberry noir cocktail is the perfect next edition in our series as we savour the last few local crops.

It’s the perfect compromise for someone who loves egg sours, but doesn’t have the biggest sweet tooth; the Blackberry Noir combines tart muddled blackberries, Bulldog Gin, Sweet Vermouth, fresh lemon juice, and egg white. It’s light yet balanced, packs a gin-punch, and is also a gorgeous colour with a frothy finish, sure to impress.

Try making a Blackberry Noir tonight or at your next party!
