Olympia, Washington electro group The Blow brought their Unplugged Tour to the Garrison during CMW on Sunday. Switching from a solo dance party, to a complex on stage arrangement is quite the change for their show. The nervous energy in Khaela Maricich’s performance is now traded for a quieter tenderness, and the songs come off in an entirely new light. The star of the show though was Melissa Dyne, normally running the show from a laptop, she very impressively assembled the songs on the spot on stage.
