Saskatoon-based Close Talker released their impressive first single, ‘Burnstick’, this week which will appear on the band’s sophomore LP Flux due out November 4 via Nevado Records. The song opens up to lyrics laced with nostalgic feels of the bets moments of the past before diving into a euphoric and spacey soundscape with the help of beautifully layered extensively reverbed guitars and echoed pickings in the distance.
