Following the departure of Clare Waight Keller, Chloé has named Natacha Ramsay-Levi as her successor.
Ramsay-Levi comes to Chloé from Louis Vuitton where she was the creative director for women’s ready-to-wear alongside Nicolas Ghesquière. Prior to her time at Louis Vuitton, she also worked with Ghesquière for 11 years at Balenciaga.
In a statement Ramsay-Levi said:
“I am very proud to join a house founded by a woman to dress women, I want to create fashion that enhances the personality of the woman who wears it, fashion that creates a character and an attitude, without ever imposing a ‘look.’”
Her first collection for the brand will be Spring 2018, which will debut at Paris Fashion Week in September. We can’t wait to see how Chloé develops with a new creative director.
