Chipotle is one of North America’s most popular Mexican-inspired fast food joints, known for its healthy options and big flavours. In a marketing move nobody saw coming, the popular fast food chain is launching its own cosmetics line on March 10th, in a surprising collaboration with E.L.F. Cosmetics (you know, the budget beauty brand YouTubers actually like).
Launching with a few staple makeup essentials like an eyeshadow palette and lipgloss, the collection features straight to the point food inspiration; their lipgloss is literally called “Hot Salsa” and their eyeshadow palette includes shades of green and brown named after their condiments (i.e “Pinto Beans” and “Lettuce”), basically the same shades you’d see as you stare through that plexiglass divider as you build your custom Sofritas bowl. They’ve even thrown in a really cute beauty-blender sponge set, shaped as an avocado and seed.
