Thanks to Burberry and Google making out with someone on the internet just got easier! Where were they when we were in high school!? The Burberry Kisses technology allows you to send kisses online with a digital message which imprints on a map of sorts.
From a computer, all you have to do is make a pouty face in your webcam and the ‘kiss recognition technology’ detects the imprint of your lips, while on a smart phone, you can actually go ahead and give the screen a wet one to send along with a message for your long distance lover with a 3D journey of the kiss with Google Earth’s Street View technologies.
Burberry creative director Christopher Bailey says “Burberry Kisses began with the idea of giving technology a bit of heart and soul, and using it to unite the Burberry family across the world — by telling a story that makes the digital personal.”
