In Milan, Brunello Cucinelli presented his vision for Men’s Fall 2026, which he titled, “Art imitates nature.” According to WWD, Cucinelli turned one of his beloved philosophers, Seneca, when naming the collection. The intent of the collection was to bring man closer to nature by creating a harmonious dialogue between the two worlds, where functionality and elegance can converge.
Cucinelli achieved this serene elegance through the deep colour palette, rich neutrals, and dynamic textures and patterns through the collection. The blazer was a key piece, designed with more subtly structured shoulders and slightly softer lines, with the tie emerging as a key accent to balance out the relaxed tone of trousers with cargo or utility pockets.
Outerwear stood out with the repetition of natural fibres from shearling collar details, luxurious leather jackets, and the use of suede as both an accent and standalone, as seen with the double-breasted coats.
Not a surprise, knitwear took centre stage, with fine yarns in all-over patterns inspired by English culture, cable knit turtlenecks, and sumptuous cardigans ideal for layering.
For fall, Cucinelli has offered up the best of both worlds, practicality and style.
