Toronto indie legends Broken Social Scene have released “Stay Happy”, the fourth track to be shared in advance off of their forthcoming new record Hug of Thunder. Slated for release on July 7 via Arts & Crafts, the album will be Broken Social Scene’s fifth full-length and their first in seven years following 2010’s Forgiveness Rock Record.
In addition to the new song, BSS also shared a slew of west coast tour dates kicking off in Vancouver on October 21 and wrapping things up on October 28 in Los Angeles with The Belle Game supporting. They will also be opening three shows for fellow Canadians Arcade Fire on their Infinite Content tour.
Listen to “Stay Happy” featuring newcomer Ariel Engle on lead vocals and see below for all forthcoming tour dates.
