Vancouver-based brand Blume has introduced its latest blend, Pure Ceremonial Matcha.

Single-origin, shade-grown and stone-ground from Shizuoka, Japan, it’s full-bodied with a hint of sweetness and jam-packed with antioxidants. Unlike traditional green tea, where the leaves soak in hot water for their components to become infused and removed, matcha is powdered tea, where the tea leaves are ground into a fine powder. Bright, invigorating, vibrant, and smooth, it’s rich in chlorophyll and amino acids, and boosts metabolism, promotes a healthy digestive system, and improves brain function.

“We tested over 100 matcha options to find the best pure ceremonial options to add to our lineup of blends that include favourites like Turmeric, Pumpkin Spice, and Reishi Cacao,” said Blume founder Karen Danudjaja.

A natural source of calm, clean energy, Pure Ceremonial Matcha is vegan, sugar-free, and organic.

Pure Ceremonial Matcha is available now at itsblume.com for $36.
