Drawing inspiration from Virginia Woolf’s gender-crossing character Orlando and past house designers (the iconic J’adore Dior tees from the John Galliano-era made an appearance), Dior creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri presented a spectacular collection for the brand’s Ready-to-Wear Fall-Winter 2025 collection at Paris Fashion Week.

For makeup, creative and image director Peter Philips leaned into classics.

“I styled a simple, subtle look with a touch of black on the eyes. This single, strong but discreet accent completes a pure, luminous complexion.”

The partially-lined Kohl eyes were a standout, which he described as “a strong but discreet eye with a touch of black in the inner corners.” To achieve the look he used Diorshow On Stage Crayon 099 Black. Brows were natural but emphasized with both the Diorshow Brow Styler and Diorshow On Set Brow.

Philips kept the models’ skin fresh and glowy. “A luminous and pure complexion with skin prepped using Dior Capture Le Sérum and Dior Capture Totale Hyalushot in the eye area. Next, I evened out the complexion with Dior Forever Skin Perfect followed by Dior Forever Skin Correct for touch ups,” he said.

In keeping with the classic theme, lips were kept natural using Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil 000 Universal Clear and nails were done in Dior Vernis 108 Muguet.

Hair was simple and glossy, with a clean side part separating the loosely tied lengths gathered low at the nape into a catogan, with a few free strands escaping.
