LVMH-owned brand Celine announced today they will make their first foray into beauty this fall with a quintessentially French red lipstick. Glimpses of Rouge Triomphe were first seen in a fashion film unveiled earlier today on Instagram, wherein models are seen walking through fashionable locations around the city, including Musée Bourdelle, Musée Des Arts Décoratifs, Salle Pleyel, and La Maison De La Chime.
It is designer Hedi Slimane’s first extension after creating fragrances for the house in 2019. The brand has said more cosmetics will be coming as well, including lip balms, mascara, eye pencils, loose powders, and blush, in addition to the full line of fifteen satin-finish lipsticks coming later in the fall.
