French fashion house Balenciaga has just released their Fall 2017 ad campaign.

The images are unexpectedly simple, with the models posed in front of a basic background covered in the Balenciaga label. The images are also poorly lit, creating the feel of an unfiltered, unedited photo. It’s an interesting take – perhaps Balenciaga is trying to make a statement against the high quality, glossy ad campaigns that have become the norm.
