Following the release of the surprise Know No Better EP, Bacardí and Major Lazer have joined forces to launch the ‘Music Liberates Music’ campaign supporting up-and-coming Caribbean artists.
For every Spotify stream of Major Lazer’s new track “Front of the Line” featuring Machel Montano and Konshens (featured on the new EP), Bacardí will donate studio time to aspiring Carribean artists. Some of the artists selected for the program include Mystic Davis of Jamaica, Triple Kay of Dominica, Shanta Prince of Barbados and Cohoba of the Dominican Republic. Approximately 50 plays is equal to one second of studio time.
