After the much awaited press conference, Apple has finally introduced the iPhone 5c. The 5c will be a more affordable version of the iPhone that we all know and love. The new design is crafted from a single, hard-coated polycarbonate body that is reinforced with a steel frame. Having many of the internal components of the standard iPhone, the 5c has an A6 processor and features an 8MP iSight camera as well as an improved HD FaceTime camera. What’s most notable is the new colourways. Apple has, for the most part, kept the iPhone collection limited to black and white but now you can get pink, blue, green or yellow models. Consumers can grab the 5c, 16GB, for $99 USD on a two-year contract. They’ll be available for pre-order this Friday, September 13th, while the official release is September 20th.
