Camper and ISSEY MIYAKE have just dropped Anna, a sculptural shoe that treats footwear like a second skin. It lands July 15, 2026, and it is already the kind of release that makes you rethink what a “daily” shoe can look like.

Anna debuted on the ISSEY MIYAKE Autumn/Winter 2026/27 runway at Paris Fashion Week in March 2026. The silhouette was created by Camper’s Mallorca team together with Satoshi Kondo, designer of ISSEY MIYAKE’s women’s line, blending the Spanish brand’s shoemaking craft with the Japanese house’s exploratory garment approach.

The design reimagines wearing shoes like socks. A low, pointed base with a low heel meets a precision-knit upper made from a soft TENCEL™-blend fabric derived from sustainably sourced wood fibres. That upper wraps the foot and lower leg like a second skin, while the structured outsole keeps the shoe stable and easy to wear. It is breathable, flexible and built for everyday use, the kind of thing you could pull on for a long walking day in the city or a quick hop from train to office without feeling like you are sacrificing style.

This is the third footwear collaboration between the two brands and leans harder into their shared “wear your shoes like socks” concept. Anna debuts in two styles: a low shoe in black and beige, and a boot in black, blue and dark navy, sized 36 to 40.

Canadian pricing is listed at $455 CAD for the low and $480 CAD for the boot. The global launch is Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Camper and ISSEY MIYAKE stores worldwide, at selected retailers, and on both official websites, including Camper Canada and ISSEY MIYAKE’s online channels.

If you want something that sits between runway and street without tipping into gimmick, Anna is worth a look. It is not screaming for attention, but it quietly insists that shoes can be soft, sculptural and genuinely comfortable at the same time.
