NBA All-Star 2023 descended upon Salt Lake City last weekend, bringing out all the pomp and extravagance the occasion deserved.  The mountain-rimmed city lit up a massive influx of basket enthusiasts and sneaker aficionados, with all the big brands showing up like they got something to prove. Not missing a beat, adidas used the opportunity to unveil its latest basketball-centric collection to the world as well as giving a glimpse into the future of its adidas Basketball line.

The three-stripes took over a warehouse complex on the outskirts of downtown Salt Lake City. Souping up the space to give it a cool futuristic vibe, with lots of shadows meets clean lines and bright lights, adidas gave an exclusive first glimpse at a slew of upcoming,  unreleased 2023 and 2024 footwear and apparel, including  Kobe-inspired CRAZY IIINFINITY, D.O.N Issue #5, Dame 8.5, all the colours of the Harden Vol.7, the Bad Bunny Cangrejeros, and much more.

The event, titled #RememberTheWhy, featured a slew of top-tier athletes like Damian Lillard, Anthony Edwards, and Bennedict Mathurin, who stopped by to showcase their upcoming shoes, and party a little bit. Also in attendance were comedian Hasan Minhaj and actor Simu Liu coming fresh from the Celebrity ALl-Star Game, singer Jully Black, and more. The event turned into hype party quickly became one of the hottest and hardest-to-get into affairs of the whole weekend.
