Whenever Nike and Supreme collaborate on anything you know that the hype will be at an all-time high; for proof, look no further than incidents like when the Foamposite release got completely canceled back in the Spring of 2014 because of near-riots outside the New York flagship store. It looks like the dynamic duo have another surprise in store for rabid loyal fans in 2017: Supreme will lend its name to the Air More Uptempo, one of the most loved 90s retro releases in recent memory. There are no leaked images yet, but the design is said to replace the iconic “AIR” detail on the side with “SUP.”
Supreme and Nike usually treat fans to at least a few colourways in all their sneaker collaborations. Personally we’d love to see a variation of the Uptempo “Olympic” colourway but with more of Supreme’s signature red worked in. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
