Benetton has been know to raise a few eyebrows with their ad campaigns and today marks the launch of their worldwide UNHATE campaign.
President Barack Obama poses in a lip lock with the President of Venezuela and again with the leader of the People’s Republic of China, while the Prime Minister of Israel with the president of the Palestinian National Authority. Also present in the series of ads is the chancellor of Germany with the President of France and the Supreme Leader of North Korea poses with the President of South Korea.
According to Benetton’s release, the campaign was, “created with the aim of contrasting the culture of hatred and promoting closeness between peoples, faiths, cultures, and the peaceful understanding of each other’s motivations, using a global call to action and the latest communication tools.” Check out all the ads below.
