Louis Vuitton has unveiled its Spring Summer 2027 Men’s Pre Collection, with Pharrell Williams continuing to explore the intersection of luxury and utility. Titled Whatever the Weather, the new campaign, photographed by Oliver Hadlee Pearch, places the collection in the middle of a simulated storm of rain, wind, hail and sleet, putting its weather ready design front and centre.

Designed with travel and changing conditions in mind, the collection balances technical fabrication with Louis Vuitton’s signature finish. Outerwear, travel pieces and everyday essentials are built for movement between climates and occasions, taking cues from the resilience of professionals who spend their days working outdoors regardless of the forecast.

Some of the strongest pieces lean into that idea without sacrificing style. Weathered Monogram Reporter bags borrow from vintage hiking gear with suede and leather panelling, while an all weather nylon puffer features debossed Monogram leather shoulders. A reversible high visibility canvas gilet flips to leather, and a subtly Monogram lasered denim set is finished with suede detailing.

Elsewhere, the new Surplus Brut motif appears with a lasered degradé effect that gives each piece the look of having been naturally faded by the elements. The treatment makes its way onto familiar Louis Vuitton silhouettes including the Speedy, Keepall, Nil, Jet Lag and Nano Bastille, alongside a range of travel accessories and small leather goods.

The campaign also turns its attention to the details, using condensation and fogged surfaces to highlight classic hard sided trunks, the Horizon rolling suitcase, LV Lock sunglasses, the new Monogram Reporter beanie, the Monogram Scarf and Monogram ripstop boots.
