For Spring/Summer 2027, Tod’s returns to what it does best: beautiful materials, impeccable craftsmanship and the distinctly Italian art of making everyday things feel exceptional. There is no need for spectacle here. Instead, the collection finds its appeal in restraint, quality and the quiet pleasure of getting dressed well.
Leather naturally takes centre stage, from soft calfskin and nappa to the exceptionally silky Pashmy, while the iconic Gommino loafer becomes a recurring design language across ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories with signature details appearing as cut-outs and appliqués, for a subtle sense of continuity.
The wardrobe itself is polished but unfussy. Perforated leather trenches sit alongside cropped versions, soft biker jackets and pieces in Windsilk, a lightweight silk and nylon blend. The palette keeps close to nature, punctuated by burnt tones, punched up with vibrant saffron yellow, red and horizon blue.
Footwear pushes their iconic Gommino loafer into new territory. The elongated Bilbao brings a more feminine attitude, while a new sneaker-ballerina offers a sporty interpretation. The selleria loafer, finished with visible stitching and metallic Metal Dots, puts the brand’s artisanal construction front and centre.
The accessories continue the conversation between heritage and modernity. The Candy Bag returns from the archives with its elongated, almost playful shape, while the Di Bag expands into new proportions, including a structured bauletto and oversized tote.
It is an uncomplicated idea, but one that Tod’s understands particularly well: when the materials are this good and the craftsmanship this considered, the clothes do not need to shout.
