Dior and A24 are entering a two-year creative partnership, bringing together two distinct forces in fashion and contemporary culture.
Dior will become the premier partner of New York’s historic Cherry Lane Theatre, which A24 took over in 2025 following its reopening. Beyond the theatre, the partnership will bring together artists and makers from across fashion, film, theatre and the wider creative community through a curated program of on and off-screen projects.
The partnership launches at Cherry Lane with Both Ends, a one-off performance by Justin Vivian Bond, produced and directed by Zack Winokur, inspired by poet and playwright Edna St. Vincent Millay, who was among the theatre’s founders.
Adding a distinctly Dior connection, Jonathan Anderson designed the costumes specifically for the performance. Bond will wear an archival piece by Paul Poiret, a designer whose work was worn by Millay and later served as an inspiration for Anderson’s Dior Winter 2026 collection.
Rather than functioning as a traditional sponsorship, Dior and A24 say the partnership will focus on championing both established and emerging talent, creating opportunities for artists to connect with audiences while supporting the next generation through student initiatives across the creative and practical sides of film and theatre.
For Dior, the collaboration continues the house’s long relationship with cinema while reflecting Anderson’s ongoing interest in the intersection of fashion, film and storytelling. For A24, it extends the company’s growing presence beyond the screen and into the broader cultural landscape.
At its core, the partnership is less about putting two names together and more about creating a space where their respective creative worlds can influence one another. As Anderson puts it, “There’s something thrilling about putting two creatively driven worlds side by side.”
Additional programming and details will be announced at a later date.
