After a decade of redefining everyday dressing, Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran are closing a significant chapter at UNIQLO U with the Fall/Winter 2026 collection.
Marking the 10th anniversary of the label, the new collection is the final range created under the duo’s artistic direction, bringing their Parisian approach to refined, functional design full circle. Since launching UNIQLO U in 2016, Lemaire and Tran have built a distinct design language around what UNIQLO describes as “Future LifeWear Essentials,” elevating familiar wardrobe staples through considered silhouettes, precise tailoring and thoughtful fabrications.
For Fall/Winter 2026, that philosophy comes through in a collection designed around form, proportion and versatility. Seasonal outerwear includes coats with the duo’s signature boxy silhouettes, while collared puffer jackets, quarter-zips and button-up shirts bring a more structured sensibility to everyday dressing. Accessories continue the understated approach, including crossbody bags rendered in the crescent shape that has become closely associated with the collection.
The collection also reflects the design principles that have defined UNIQLO U throughout Lemaire and Tran’s tenure: contemporary silhouettes without excessive ornamentation, a restrained colour palette and an emphasis on clothing designed to integrate seamlessly into a modern wardrobe.
While the Fall/Winter 2026 collection marks the end of their decade-long direction of UNIQLO U, the design language they established is set to remain influential within the next chapter of the line.
The UNIQLO U Fall/Winter 2026 10th Anniversary Collection will be available beginning September 11th, 2026.
