For those who have already discovered the appeal of a wellness retreat, the next frontier may be somewhere less expected: at sea. Four Seasons Yachts has just announced a partnership with renowned medical wellness destination Lanserhof, an eight-day longevity-focused residency aboard Four Seasons I during its inaugural transatlantic crossing.

Taking place November 8th–16th, The Lanserhof Reset is designed around one of life’s true luxuries, uninterrupted time. Rather than treating wellness as a collection of spa appointments, The Lanserhof Reset approaches the eight day journey as an opportunity to step away from routine and take a more considered look at individual health, recovery and long-term wellbeing.

The program begins with an initial consultation at the yacht’s medical center, followed by personalized programming informed by each guest’s needs and goals. One-on-one consultations, nutritional guidance, fitness and breathwork sessions, craniosacral alignment, sound baths and restorative treatments form part of the experience, alongside access to nutritionists, personal trainers and holistic therapists.

Lanserhof’s approach is particularly interesting in the context of the current longevity conversation. For more than four decades, the German-Austrian medical wellness group has focused on prevention, regeneration and personalized health, combining diagnostics and modern medicine with naturopathic therapies. Its philosophy is less about chasing a single wellness trend and more about understanding the individual and making targeted changes that can support health over time.

That philosophy will extend beyond the dedicated residency. All guests aboard Four Seasons I will have access to Lanserhof-inspired programming throughout the crossing, including expert-led conversations, holistic classes and curated culinary experiences. Nutritional offerings will include chlorophyll shots inspired by Lanserhof’s signature Energy Cuisine.

The setting is arguably as important as the programming. A transatlantic crossing naturally creates a different rhythm from a conventional vacation, with fewer distractions and no itinerary of ports competing for attention. The idea is to use that slower passage as a period of recalibration rather than simply transportation between destinations.

The experience will also complement Four Seasons I’s existing wellness offering at L’Oceana Spa, which includes a hammam and thermal circuit alongside cryotherapy, infrared therapy, hydrotherapy and advanced recovery treatments. Together, the offerings reflect the growing evolution of luxury wellness from relaxation alone toward a more comprehensive focus on recovery, prevention and longevity.

The Lanserhof Reset arrives at an interesting moment for Four Seasons Yachts. Following its debut in March 2026, Four Seasons I will transition from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean for its inaugural Caribbean season in November, making the transatlantic voyage a natural bridge between the two regions.

At its best, modern longevity is not about adding more to an already crowded schedule but rather about creating conditions to pause, assess and make more intentional shifts about how we want to live and these brands are betting that a week at sea might provide exactly that kind of space.

The Lanserhof Reset will be available aboard Four Seasons I from November 8–16, 2026.
