Apple just dropped a new film for AirPods Pro 3, and it is one of those ideas that does not need much time to land. It is called Dança, with global Brazilian soccer star Vini Jr at its center, moving through a world where rhythm is visible even when you cannot hear it.

Vini Jr. is dancing through various environments to a track that nobody else has access to. The interesting part is what you are actually left with. No music. Just the real sound of whatever space he is in. Traffic, ambience, everyday noise. It should feel distracting, but it does not. He stays in it, completely locked into his own pace.

And that is really the point here. AirPods Pro 3 sits in the background of it all, with a focus on sound quality and what Apple calls the world’s best in-ear Active Noise Cancellation, removing up to 4 times more noise than the original AirPods Pro. So the outside world keeps doing what it does, but it never really breaks through.

If you know Vini Jr., this casting already makes sense before you even think about it too hard. One of the most-watched attacking players in football right now, but also someone whose celebrations have turned into their own language. Dance has always been part of that, whether it is choreographed moments with teammates or something more spontaneous that just takes over after a goal.

“It’s so fun to see a dance film for AirPods that doesn’t have music. It really makes you want to know what I’m dancing to. Everyone experiences music differently, and I love that the film leaves space for people to imagine their own soundtrack,” Vini Jr. said.

Directed by Aube Perrie with choreography by Ryan Heffington, the film keeps things stripped back in a way that works. It is just movement, noise, and silence, and you end up watching as AirPods Pro 3 shifts that whole balance without needing to say much about it.
