Kiko Kostadinov and ASICS continue their evolving partnership with the LYASA FF Tabi, arriving April 11, 2026. First introduced during the Women’s Wear Autumn-Winter 2025 show in Paris, the slip-on silhouette builds on their ongoing Tabi series with a focused mix of performance reference and conceptual design.

With Tabi silhouettes having a strong moment, often associated with Maison Margiela, the design itself traces back to Japan. ASICS leans into that origin here, referencing its 1970s Tabi marathon shoes and bringing the split-toe concept into a modern, performance-driven context.

The LYASA FF is built for comfort and ease. A soft elastic upper with minimal seaming delivers a close, sock-like fit while reducing pressure across the foot. A sweeping metallic graphic moves from top to toe, nodding to late 1980s ASICS logo proposals by Herb Lubalin.

Underfoot, a sculpted rubber and EVA sole keeps things lightweight while maintaining grip, combining classic Tabi textures with track-inspired line work for a balance of visual depth and responsive cushioning.

Landing in Caramel Rose Gold and Carbon Pure Silver, the LYASA FF Tabi positions itself as a considered summer option within ASICS Sportstyle. It releases on April 11 through Kiko Kostadinov and select global retailers.
