Gap is heading to the desert this spring, stepping in as the exclusive clothing apparel sponsor and official merch partner for the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Consider it another sign that the brand’s ongoing comeback with Gen Z and Alpha is gaining real traction.

At the center of it all is Hoodie House, Gap’s immersive on-site activation landing directly inside the festival grounds. Equal parts retail space and recharge zone, it blends exclusive drops, customization, and lounge seating for anyone needing a break from the sun or just a better outfit. Come for the music, stay for the hoodie, leave slightly more put together than you arrived.

The limited-edition Gap x Coachella hoodie will be available across both weekends, April 10 to 12 and April 17 to 19, in black, navy, and the brand’s signature heather grey. Built in Heavyweight fleece and VintageSoft French Terry, it is designed to handle the shift from daytime heat to cooler desert nights. Pricing is set at $100, with on-site customization available for $10, including patches, drawstring beads, and collectible charms that drop daily.

Hoodie House will be open to both General Admission and VIP ticket holders, with added access for Gap Encore Members and credit card holders who can reserve express entry ahead of the festival. Attendees can also try their luck at the on-site claw machine, with rewards that include a chance to upgrade to VIP Coachella access.

The activation marks the second iteration of Hoodie House, following its debut in San Francisco in Fall 2025. Bringing it to Coachella places Gap’s most recognizable staple squarely in one of music’s most influential cultural moments.
