Studio Nicholson has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2026 collection, presented through a campaign shot in Lanzarote by British artist Kingsley Ifill. Set against expansive, sun-soaked landscapes, the collection draws on the feeling of open space and the movement of warm summer الهواء—translating that atmosphere into a wardrobe defined by fluidity and restraint.

Founder and Creative Director Nick Wakeman approached the season with the idea of garments that “move of their own volition,” referencing the visual language of Georgia O’Keeffe and David Attenborough. Working primarily from black-and-white imagery, the result is a largely monochromatic palette that emphasizes silhouette, texture, and ease over embellishment.

For womenswear, relaxed tailoring takes focus through new fabrications like viscose linen slub, chosen for its soft, vintage-like texture. Key pieces include the Elkin jacket, a softly structured three-button style, alongside the Calvo pant and Bryde skirt—each rendered in muted, alabaster tones that reflect the collection’s understated approach to summer dressing.

Menswear continues this direction with lightweight tailoring and textural fabrics. Standouts include the Ferro jacket in cotton-linen twill, paired with relaxed trousers and airy shirting, as well as updated staples like the Over jacket in matte cotton-nylon. Elsewhere, wide-leg silhouettes and tonal layering reinforce the collection’s easy, lived-in sensibility.

A unisex highlight arrives in the form of the Dash jacket, crafted from raw suede and designed to sit somewhere between an overshirt and a vintage workwear find. The piece underscores the brand’s ongoing interest in versatility and subtle gender fluidity.

Rooted in neutral tones and quiet construction, the SS26 collection continues Studio Nicholson’s exploration of modern minimalism where movement, material, and proportion take precedence over excess.
