Parisian brand Loulou de Saison, led by creative director Chloé Harrouche, presented “Birds of Paradise,” her take on Fall Winter 2026. Harrouche describes the collection as “an expansion of a distinctly Parisian perspective, transformed through cultural crossings and informed by a rare, confident allure.” She looked to New York of the ’60s to the ’90s, citing Mica Ertegun, Maria Callas, and Lee Radziwill, as commanding characters who anchored the narrative of the collection.

The refined collection focused on rich textures and reimagined silhouettes. Ostrich feathers were used as an embellishment on a silky white tee and evening maxi dress, and on numerous outerwear pieces. Discreet deer-like motifs and ice blue added unexpected pops in between the overall neutral palette composed of ivories, navies and charcoals. Harrouche balanced softness with structure, with the fluid drapery, silk and subtle introduction of delicate lace, juxtaposed with the sculptural heels, sharp shoulders, and structured bags.

It’s not hard to see how these pieces could easily be adapted to the modern woman’s wardrobe. The deer-print skirt a fresh alternative to other animal prints or a feathered t-shirt as the answer to an elegant night-out top. There was no shortage of outerwear to select from, like the collarless coats, structured jackets, and slouchy trench, all of which instantly ground an entire look. The accessories shouldn’t be overlooked either, the textured pumps and baguette bags are perfection. The Loulou de Saison woman embodies a quiet elegance, and these pieces rise to the occasion.
