For one month, French art de vivre takes over one of New York’s most iconic dining room. The collaboration feels less like a natural pairing between the two brands running into next month at 80 Spring Street, just steps from Ami’s Greene Street store.

Both brands are rooted in real life. Balthazar, founded by Keith McNally, has always been a place to eat and linger, where elegance meets everyday hustle. Ami Paris approaches fashion the same way, effortless, lived in, and never overworked.

The brasserie remains unmistakably Balthazar, accented with subtle co branded details like custom paper placemats that blend Ami’s aesthetic into the space without disrupting its soul. Design, as ever, does the heavy lifting with handmade millwork and layered materials giving the room a timeless, cinematic feel.

The collaboration extends beyond the dining room with an Ami Paris shopping cart outside the Greene Street store offering a curated selection of Balthazar bakery goods, bringing a taste of Parisian ease to the sidewalks of SoHo.

The pop up runs until March 11th so be sure to stop by.
