Tech accessories company HEX has collaborated with cult car company DeLorean on a new iPhone 7 case. The case borrows design elements from the legendary car, using premium brushed metal and genuine leather, as well as sporting a polycarbonate phone bed to ensure your device stays protected.
“Our design tastes obviously share common ground with DeLorean”, says HEX co-founder Dan Maravilla of the collaboration. “It was a great honor to be able to work together to produce a visually stunning and high-quality product.”
Although DeLorean only ever produced one car—the stainless steel DeLorean DMC-12 with its trademark gull-wing doors—the brand has found infamy thanks in part to its appearance in the Back To The Future films. The HEX x DeLorean Apex Case for iPhone 7 is priced at $49.95 USD and will be available to purchase for the first time Agenda Tradeshow Festival Day tomorrow, Saturday July 15. The case will be available on HEX and DeLorean’s websites soon after.
