After just two years with the brand, designer Massimo Giorgetti is leaving his role as creative director at Emilio Pucci.
During his time at Emilio Pucci, Giorgetti’s collections often received mixed reviews with many critics arguing that he was never able to translate the spirit of the brand into his work. Giorgetti will now focus on his own brand, MSGM.
In a release he said:
“This experience with Emilio Pucci, one of the most representative and historic brands in fashion was an inspiring journey, which has also contributed to my professional growth. Today my brand needs more and more of my attention and all my energy.”
There has been no word yet on who might be his replacement at Emilio Pucci.
