Reebok has joined forces with four young artists from the Boston-based non-profit program Artists for Humanity to launch three limited edition Reebok Classic sneakers.
Jonathan Vergara designed a geographically-themed sneaker that represents the Reebok’s birthplace, Bolton, Northwest England, as well as Canton, Massachusetts, where the brand currently resides. The hand-painted detailing resembles the Atlantic Ocean.
Johnathan Tejeda and Kathleen Canola’s design features red, blue and yellow elements as well as a pretty Tudor Rose motif, while Thornton Nguyen’s design resembles a rocket ship to represent the journey of life by using vibrant hues of orange, pink and red that settle into a deep navy sole.
The Artists For Humanity x Reebok collection is slated to launch on April 7 at Reebok Classics retailers worldwide.
