Yesterday we showed you what Converse has in store for the Lunar New Year, and today we are getting a look at adidas special offerings to commemorate the Year of the Rooster. The Three Stripes is dropping a trio of its most popular silhouettes—the Stan Smith, the Superstar and the Tubular Radial—dressed in all black uppers with white soles and a special cut leather detail on the heel, made to look like a rooster’s feathers. There’s also a small embroidered rooster graphic on each.
adidas is really going all out for Chinese New Year this year with an Ultra Boost already dropping, and the EQT Supper 93/16 coming soon in a special colourway and packaging. We’ll have to see if they have anything else up their sleeve.
