Nike has introduced a new generation of Air Force 1 with an all new premium Special Field upgrade. Paying homage to the introduction of the Air Force 1 back in 1983 with six defensive stalwarts posed on the tarmac, Nike has revamped this iconic shot with the NBA’s Anthony Davis, Paul George, Draymond Green, DeMarcus Cousins and Isaiah Thomas, showing just how much basketball has evolved over the years.
The Nike Special Field Air Force 1 combines the SFB and Air Force 1 silhouettes into a fully winterized boot with premium touches like full grain leather, woven ankle straps and rip stop ballistic nylon.
The SF-AF1 will be available starting November 5th via Nike’s SNKRS App in Faded Olive/Gum and Black/Gum for men and Light Bone/Sail and Golden Beige/Linen for women. Also look out for the white on white colourway dropping at Complex Con on November 5th and 6th.
