New York streetwear brand ALIFE is back at the collaboration game, this time partnering with legacy American footwear brand Saucony. The collaboration is somewhat unlikely with ALIFE taking the classic Jazz ’91 silhouette and revamping it for the 21st century. The new shoe fuses the classic Jazz upper with the midsole of the Shadow 6000 with white mesh and reflective details, suede overlays and ALIFE branding on both the sock liner and woven tongue label.
The capsule collection will also feature matching apparel, including Champion hoodies and shorts alongside six different t-shirt colourways. The limited edition Jazz ’91s will drop this Thursday, March 31 in-store at 158 Rivington St. and online at alife.nyc.
