Want to look like the models did in Thakoon’s Fall 2014 runway presentation at New York Fashion Week? Get the natural yet artistic look from NARS in just four easy steps!
1. Apply your foundation using a buffing brush or blending sponge. This will allow for it to blend into your skin, rather than sitting on top of your face like icing. Next, apply a concealer one to two shades lighter on the centre of the face (I.e. t-zone, under eyes, sides of the nose, and above and below lips. This creates that glowy/dewy illusion.
2. Get that glow happening along your cheek bones, by using a stick or liquid illuminator. Apply this with your fingers.
3. For this look your going to want to keep your eyelids bare. Let the drama happen under the eyes! Using a brown eye shadow and line brush (kohl liner will also work) line a little more than half of your bottom lash line, extending slightly beyond the outercorner of the eye. It’s almost like a subtle reverse cat eye. Remember to keep the inner corner of the eye bare.
