Possibly the most talked about fashion event outside of fashion week, is of course, The Oscars. There’s no shortage of stylists or dresses and jewels to borrow, yet somehow every year, more and more celebrities prove they have absolutely no idea how to dress themselves.

While Cate Blanchett and Jennifer Lawrence have won time and time again in our books, this year we have to give it up to Alicia Vikander in her delicious yellow custom Louis Vuitton gown. Somewhat casual in comparison to other Oscar looks, we adored Vikander for being one of the only attendees to bare her ankles.
Timeless French beauty Charlotte Rampling surprised with an unexpected yet elegant Armani Prive dress and Rooney Mara took her ever-edgy style to the next level in Givenchy Haute Couture with a seriously bad ass triple knot.
