Trash Couture! Vogue Korea December 2009

Karlie Kloss trashes couture in Vogue Korea this month! I find the Ombre coloured hair mixed with Chanel Haute Couture, Armani Prive, and Valentino slightly unsettling as it drags across the rusted bathtub and shrapnel covered floors. But damn, those poor (possibly snagged) dresses look so hip unravelling through lens of photographer Rafael Stahelin and stylist Ye Young Kim.

The editorial is entitled “Trash Couture”, which is the perfect way to describe the high low blend of style. There seems to be something calming about fabulously expensive clothing with rustic backgrounds.
