Clinton Street Baking Company is notorious for two things: long wait times and amazing pancakes. Though the rest of the menu sounded delicious, the friday morning favourite had to be pancakes.
Worth the wait time, these light and fluffy pillows were brimming with toppings like candied walnut and banana as well as wild blueberries, served with a generous side of maple butter and a heap load of epic sugar cured bacon.
Best pancakes ever. Hands down.
