“So I made it to Harvard,” smiled our true queen Rihanna as she flipped her perfectly sleek ponytail and received her well deserved Harvard Humanitarian Award. She accepted Harvard’s high honour at a ceremony held on the university’s campus Tuesday, February 28th, 2017.
Riri is not only an inspiring feminist, but has headed up a number of impactful humanitarian projects, such as her breast cancer diagnosis and treatment facility in Barbados, and her scholarship program for students attending U.S. colleges from Caribbean countries.
