Outdoor Voices Activewear

Outdoor Voices Activewear-9

Sometimes you can’t just wear head to toe Nike when working out and this newbie New York brand Outdoor Voices has the answer to your over-branded active attire. Started by Parsons graduate Tyler Haney, Outdoor Voices choses a much more laid back branding approach, opting to empower gracefully targeting people who work out because it’s fun, instead of that aggressive type-A mumbo jumbo we’re used to from mainstream sportswear brands.

Born and raised in Colorado, Haney was brought up to believe that action should be embedded into our lifestyle naturally instead of doing it to be able to brag about how many lunges and squats you crunch weekly.

Not only is the collection refreshingly minimal, that little bit of sporty slouch we all loved so much from the 70s is coming back and you’ll be able to shop select pieces soon at J.Crew (who has picked up Outdoor Voices as the first activewear line to be sold in store). They also don’t bother with any of that performance wear bullshit, but simply state that their clothes are made in the same factories as those products of the exact same materials.

Flip through some of their lookbook below and stay tuned for more from this enlightening brand.
