Following last weeks Letterman performance I’m stoked to actually hear and offer the fully mixed and mastered studio version of N.E.R.D.’s new Daft Punk produced track “Hypnotize U”, lead single from the forthcoming Nothing album. I am happy they expedited the mastering of this track, the live version lacked the excellence of the beat, although I kind of expected something more from Daft Punk. The song is features Pharrell solo crooning about getting laid, but if you were expecting something different from a N.E.R.D. single then you’ve never listened to a N.E.R.D. song before.
