From punk rock, to drag queen, to gangsta fresh, the ever-so complex Mykki Blanco has dropped the official video for his track “Kingpinning”. Blanco sometimes known as Michael David Quattlebaum Jr, started out as a poet and performance artist, before his radical transformation as the female Mykki Blanco, referring to the new alter ego as an “international cross-dressing It Girl”. As you watch “Kingpinning” you will also note that rapper Le1f and our buddy Dev Hynes is featured in it, the latter looking gansterish at times.
