Sneaker designer Ron­nie Fieg got together with leg­endary Harlem rap­per Jim Jones for his lat­est col­lab­o­ra­tion, the clas­sic 6″ con­struc­tion boot lined with authen­tic sheep fur.  I really like these Tim’s. They have the orig­i­nal, clas­sic look of the icon boot, but the added sheep fur which lines the entire boot, give it that cer­tain je ne sais qua. Jones, most notable for his work with Cam’ron and the Dipset, but also recent col­lab­o­ra­tion track with Mos Def and the Black Keys, for the Blakroc album, has been been busy in the stu­dio putting the fin­ish­ing touches on a his upcom­ing mix­tape  The Ghost Of Rich Porter. These boots came in at a some­what rea­son­able price of  $175 USD, which isn’t that much more then the aver­age Tim­ber­land boot, and drop this Fri­day on DavidZ.com as well as the David Z flag­ship store in Soho.
