South East London trop-poppers IS TROPICAL are surprisingly explosive considering they’ve yet to release an actual album.
They’ve dropped a few videos including the latest one below and are touring a bunch in the UK and Europe, the most notable date is next month in Paris when they’ll open for LCD Soundsystem.
We can barely form an opinion of them as we’ve heard so little of their music but it definitely speaks volumes that they’re opening for LCD and signed to the hip Parisian label Kitsuné Masion.
Their debut album is set to drop early next year and for now take a listen to the single “South Pacific” which is set to drop on November 22nd on 7″ and be sure to check them out on the new Kitsuné Maison Compilation due out on November 29th.
