We always find GIRLS music videos indirectly emotive and powerful, probably because they’re usually mega serious. This video for “Vomit” off their forthcoming record Father, Son, Holy Ghost may be nearly seven minutes long, but it what it lacks in succinctness, it makes up for in the intro which features long sweeping shots of a ruby red vintage Mustang.
It isn’t till mid way through the video we see Christopher Owens face muddled behind a cityscape and Chet “JR” White near the end. It’s a great track and we can’t wait to hear the new record in full on September 13th when it drops. Watch the video below and be sure to catch them on their forthcoming tour this fall.
