The Carter — the Movie

When it comes to Lil’ Wayne, I have extremely mixed feelings.  Self-proclaimed as the “greatest rapper alive,” Lil Wayne both gets me pumped and makes me wish I was getting my stomach pumped.  However, when I saw him in concert I learned something about him, that no matter my feelings or anyone elses, he is a terrific entertainer. Coming November 17th 2009,  The Carter, directed by Adam Bhala Loughan, and debuted at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival, takes an in-depth look at the life of  Dwayne LILWAYNE Carter Jr, will be released.  The film promises to be filled with comprehensive and personal interviews with both Lil’ Wayne and those closest to him, allowing the world to finally get to know the history surrounding one of the most prolific artists of this generation.  I know that I am pretty interested in seeing this, but also a little worried that after wards I am really going to dislike Mr. Dwayne Carter. I suppose only time will tell.
